The second draft of the proposed new chemical law, which is intended to replace the existing Hazardous Substance Act (HSA) was released by Thailand’s Food and Drug Administration (FDA). It stipulates that Only Representative (OR’s) based in Thailand will need to be appointed by overseas companies. The date for release for this update is not yet specified.
